Ted Caldwell
Computational Linguist
David E. (Ted) Caldwell holds Master's degrees in
mathematics and linguistics from McGill University.
He has worked with CoGenTex since 1991, initially with
our Montreal affiliate.
Ted has contributed to the design and implementation of
several products, including text generation, user
interface, and external integration components.
He is the principal developer of
Project Reporter, Project Explainer, and
Recommender.
He also worked with Michael White on the
design and implementation of the
Exemplars
Framework. Past efforts include the
EXCLASS and
CogentHelp
prototypes.
